The plot is located in the south of Zakynthos
(Zante), on Marathia peninsula, in a rural area
with olive yards and pine tree forests, less
then 300 meters from the sea. It has a
spectacular view on Laganas Bay with the island
of Marathonisi in the middle, the Peloponnese
and Kefalonia.
The nearest village is Limni Keriou which is less than ten minutes away by car. It offers all basic facilities like supermarkets, a bakery and a gas station; several tavernas and restaurants on the sea side, a small harbour and a friendly family beach.
As any Ionian Island, Zakynthos is relatively easy to reach by car from Western Europe with daily ferries from Ancona and Venice to Patras.
