The residence is located in the south of Zakynthos (Zante), on the peninsula of Marathia, in a rural area with olive orchards and fine forests, on less than 150 meter from the sea on a quiet, asphalted dead end street. It offers a spectacular view over Laganas Bay with Marathonisi Island.

On a few minutes walking distance from the houses you will find a quiet pebble beach with beautiful rock formations and crystal clear water. Especially in spring and autumn our houses are a great starting point for hikes in nature.

The nearest village is Limni Keriou which is less than five minutes away by car. It offers all basic facilities like supermarkets, a bakery and a gas station; several tavernas and restaurants on the sea side, a small harbor and a friendly family beach.

As any Ionian Island, Zakynthos is relatively easy to reach by car from Western Europe with daily ferries from Ancona and Venice to Patras.
